Trust By Design: Workshops

About the Project:

Trust By Design Workshops are the product of a feedback loop with beta-readers. 

Several of our cast of beta readers (executives from the public and private sectors across technology, travel and consulting markets) found the insights of certain chapters of the book to be so resonant that they wanted to know what they could "do" with their teams.

The back half of the book is full of takeaways, so they asked that we design some workshops to help their teams connect on the topics of risk, collaboration and trust. 

We are preparing to deliver more workshops in the fall. (Aug 2026)
